Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 7 years for regulatory compliance after closure
Transaction records: Retained for 7 years to comply with UK financial regulations and tax requirements
Support communications: Retained for 3 years for service quality and dispute resolution purposes
Technical logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring, then anonymised or deleted

Upon account deletion request (subject to legal retention requirements), we will securely erase or anonymise your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
